Craig Hausz, CPA, CFP®, CFE, CGMA, CTC
Craig is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP©), and is designated as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He has over 18 years of tax planning, accounting and financial planning for high net worth families, corporations and trust and estate planning. He also specializes in business succession planning, financial due diligence for corporate and personal acquisitions, and investigative accounting and auditing for businesses.
Craig started his career with Arthur Andersen in their Audit and Business Advisory practice. He has spent the past 14 years advising individuals, corporations and partnerships on tax and financial planning, corporate and small business accounting, forensic accounting and litigation support and high net worth financial and estate planning.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University. He has been associated with several professional organizations, including The Financial Planning Association, The American Institute of CPAs, Association for Corporate Growth, the Dallas Estate Planning Council, Texas Society of CPAs, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as involved with several charitable organizations including the LinksPlayers Ministry and Dallas Theological Seminary.
Michelle Hausz, CPA
Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma University. Michelle spent the early part of her career with two of the most elite accounting firms in the world at Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has 15 years of accounting and tax experience working with individuals and various business entities helping them achieve their financial goals.
After public accounting, Michelle was a financial analyst with Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors performing financial modeling and due diligence for underwriting residential real estate investments. In an effort to allow more time to start a family, Michelle formed inHausz Solutions, LLC where she provides accounting support for clients including financial modeling, internal controls review, payroll assistance and tax return preparation and review.
Michelle has spent the past 6 years in the Healthcare Real Estate industry first as the Vice President of Accounting and Investor Reporting where she oversaw 80+ entities and managed over $50M of equity for over 200 investors. She is currently functioning as the interim CFO for a new healthcare real estate company in Dallas, TX.
Michelle serves in various civic and charitable activities including her involvement with the finance committee for the Warren Center in Richardson, TX. She is a former gymnast, an avid tennis player and a great mom to two wonderful little girls.
Adrienne Tackett, CPA
Adrienne is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baylor University. She spent the first fifteen years of her career working in numerous accounting, finance, internal audit and accounting systems positions within GTE Directories, Inc. and GTE Telephone Operations, Inc.
After six years as a stay-at-home mom to 3 fine sons, Adrienne returned to the workforce as a tax manager in a local public accounting firm, performing tax preparation, tax analysis, managerial analysis and financial statement preparation for numerous individuals and businesses. She was then Controller and Director of Finance for a local recycling company prior to joining Hausz & Associates in February of 2015.
Adrienne’s 25 years of diverse experience gives her a unique skillset to assist business clients with their tax and accounting issues in addition to managing and growing their businesses.
Maleta Reynolds, CPA
Maleta is a CPA, licensed in the state of Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Texas State University and has been in public accounting for 30 years. For 25 years she has worked with Larry Farmer meeting the accounting and tax needs of small to mid-size corporations and partnerships as well as trusts and individuals. Maleta is also one of our QuickBooks Pro Advisors.
Maleta is active in her church and community. She currently serves as secretary for the Sulphur Spring Symphony League and is also a board member for Hopkins County United Way. Maleta and her husband Ricky have two daughters. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Mary McMahon, Enrolled Agent, CTC
Mary is an Enrolled Agent, which allows her unlimited practice rights and representation before the IRS. She is a graduate from Boston College and has worked with individual and small business taxes for several years. Mary is a Certified Tax Coach with advanced training in proactive tax planning. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor making her an expert at helping with troubleshooting tricky QuickBooks issues with clients. Mary and her husband Joe have three children and enjoy spending free time sailing.
